The Letters of Gracchus on the East India Question

This is a series of letters written on the East India Company in the early 19th century to instill a strong determination in the reader, to support the public rights of the Country, with respect to the India Trade. The said Letters in this work appeared in the Morning Post, at the dates which are mentioned. William Augustus Miles (1753–1817) was an English political writer. He was also a British agent in the years around the French Revolution.
