if too thick, add milk or orange juice…
if too thin, add ice or ice cream or sherbet…
Garnish with popsicle stick.

Muddle.

CUCMBER COSMOPOLITAN (martini glass)
In a mixing glass:
Pinch of Sugar (16thof a teaspoon)
1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
Fill glass with ice.
3 1/2 oz Gin or Vodka
1/2 oz fresh Cucumber water
Dash of Orange Liqueur
Dash of White Cranberry Juice.
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.

CUCUMBER MARTINI (martini glass)
In a mixing glass:
1 inch cross-section of Cucumber
(with no seeds and skin)
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp of Lemon Juice
Mash well into a paste.
Fill glass with ice.
3 1/2 oz Cucumber Gin or
Cucumber Vodka or Aquavit.
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
 
 
CUCUMBER MOJITO (coctail glass)
In a serving glass:
2 x 1 inch cross-section of Cucumber
(with no seeds)
3 to 5 Mint Sprigs
1 tsp Sugar
1 Lime Wedge
Muddle.
Fill glass with ice.
2 oz Rum.
Fill with Soda Water.
 
 
COOLER
1 oz Irish Cream
3/4 oz Amaretto
Heat in microwave for 7 seconds.
CUM DROP
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
Mix with no ice and pour into
shot glass.
Top with whipped cream.
Heat in micriwave on high
for 3 to 5 seconds.
 
 
CUPID’S POTION
Fill a short glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Dash of Grenadine
Fill with equal parts orange juice
and sour mix.
Shake.
 
 
CURE-ALL
Fill a short glass with ice.
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy
Stir.

3/4 oz Irish Whiskey
