The World Crisis, Volume 3

'The World Crisis' is Winston Churchill's narrative of World War I, published in several volumes. Churchill's account is generally acknowledged as his masterpiece and a valuable contribution to the history of the War. This is part one of two covering the decisive years 1916 to 1918 and, among other events, the battles of Verdun, Jutland and the Somme.
