A Rogue's Life

"A Rogue's Life" is a story of R. Clay Crawford, an adventure man who describes himself as a prison escapee, a Union Army officer, a pretended millionaire, a phony physician, and the man who considered himself the most respected gentleman in Macon. He was a «self-made man» living in an age when such was thought to be a national asset, with tons of open opportunities. It is an interesting story of a person able to build their life through difficulties.
