This is a collection of nine ghost stories all written in the nineteenth century. The authors are very varied including Algernon Blackwood, Robert Louis Stevenson and Guy de Maupassant. For lovers of ghost stories this is an excellent collection, and for those new to this genre, an interesting introduction.
