"The Glory of the Conquered: The Story of a Great Love" by Susan Glaspell at its simplest can be defined as a story about an artist, a scientist, and a journalist. However, it goes much further and looks at the depth of how humans are able to love. Despite its flaws, love is an incredibly powerful phenomenon that can, on many occasions outsmart the rational mind against all logic and drive people to do crazy things.
