Of All Things

"Of All Things" by Robert Benchley is a collection of writings appearing in magazines prior to 1920. Written with a satirical edge, the essays in this book talk about different aspects of daily life from bridge to elevator operators. Though some of the at the time, typical parts of living in a city no longer exist, this book is still funny and clever, while also giving readers a look at how things were in the past.
