* 2 ½ l (liter/litre) clear „beef bone soup“

* 500 g (gram/gramme) B e e f

* 4 Egg-white (protein)

* 1 Tea-Spoon Tomatenmark

* Salt

B O U I L L O N

** BEEF – BONES ( good are Mark-Bones !)

** verdant/green (= carrots/yellow reeds/celery/parsley root)

** parsley-green leaves

** ¼ rod porridge

** ½ middle onion

** peppercorns

** salt (not to much !!!)

** butter (fat)

The > MARK – BONES < ( ~ + ~ beef) in water boiled =

with cold water washed and after in - 1 liter – water cooked.

SIEVE – degrease and cool waiting.

You hack or fascist rough - 500 gram BEEF (fat free / free sinew)-

mixed with - 1/8 liter water - and with the - 4 EGG-WHITE -

little salt and the - 1 Teaspoon Tomaten-Mark.

With the >MARK-BONES – Boillon-Soup< fill up = to - 2 ½ liter

All THIS = bring tot he boil – up ! Stir frequently !

After >BOIL-UP< the soup 2 – 3 hours very slow cooking .

By this end = before degreasing = STRAIN through a fine

Linen-Cloth (finely machined strainer) danger with spoon-up.
