Failure of Justice

Are you «in God's hands» in court and on the high seas? No: In the hands of the judges! Called «judicial independence». And this is infinite. It can even lead to miscarriages of justice. Subsequent apologies? Not a chance! In other words: the judiciary operates in a legal vacuum. Countless examples document this. The German constitutional state functions in part as it did over 100 years ago. That's how old the abuses are. And the organization of the courts. That is why we should not rely on the much-vaunted principle of the rule of law. The examples cited above show how judicial errors can destroy people's lives and how helpless we are as victims.
