Helena

"Helena" is a romance novel set in an English manor in the post war period. Lord Buntingford, a retired Navy officer, had inherited his uncle's country house and was still undecided on whether to retire there or stay in London. He however receives a request from his dying cousin to look after her daughter Helena, and he hires a tutor for the young woman, Mrs. Friend.
