Constitution of the State of Minnesota — 1960 Version

The Constitution of the State of Minnesota was originally approved by the residents of Minnesota Territory in a special election held in 1857 and was sanctioned by the United States Senate on May 11, 1858, marking the admission of Minnesota to the Union. Nearly 120 amendments have been approved since then, and this work presents the 1960 version of the constitution.
