'In Morocco' is a travel novel by Pulitzer Prize winning author Edith Wharton. It chronicles a trip she undertook to Morocco in the final days of the First World War. As one of the most celebrated novelists and travel writers of the 20th Century, Edith does not disappoint in her account of the trip in a military vehicle. On her trip, she travelled through the country to places like Fez, Rabat, Moulay Idriss and Marrakech. The book details her different encounters with the people, their ceremonies and traditions at a time when Morocco is a little known empire without a modern road network.
